Available standard items can be purchased by adding them to the cart and completing payment through the website checkout. Shipping, duties, taxes, customization and special packaging are shown at checkout or confirmed separately where applicable.
Alternatively, customers may use a WhatsApp button to confirm the item, customization, delivery, timing and final total. After confirmation, we send the order to the the customer email so it can be reviewed and purchased.
Handmade materials may show natural variation in clay texture, tone, silver handwork and finishing. These characteristics are not automatically defects. Custom work follows the written specification and approval record confirmed before production.
